Phone Messages

The phone messages section is the place to log all phone calls received by your practice. When a phone message is added an email is sent to the responsible staff to notify them of the new phone message. You can easily track the progress of each call and also filter by staff member to see if anyone is neglecting phone calls.

 

You can also choose to add calls that are answered by the staff (not just phone messages). It's can also act as a calls monitoring software so a history of all clients phone calls can be logged for any future reference. Especially helpful to see the number of times a client calls your practice every year!
