The books cupboard is the place to log where you keep all of your clients books and what they look like (including a photo). You can also log when you received them and the books year-end. It allows you to archive books when they are collected by the client and therefore maintain a full history of all client books. Never again will a client be able to say they never collected their books, especially when the archive clearly shows the details of their collection!
