Can't see some of the pages.
If there are some pages that are missing on your app, then it is an access problem. People with full access can see every page, including the staff section where the levels of access can be granted. If all of the staff have been given lower than full access and no one can get to the staff page, then please contact us and we will fix the problem.
Some information disappeared when adding a new client.
If you have this problem, then it is a problem with the app reloading. This can be caused by a browser problem or an update to the app. We recommend downloading the software onto your desktop, which can be done from the address bar at the top of your screen.​ If you prefer to stay on the browser, then we recommend clearing browser cache and data and adding the site to the do not sleep site list. To add the site to this list, go to the browser settings, and the option should show up if you search 'sleep' or 'active' depending on the browser.
Why Are All My Dates Formatted Wrong
The reason that your dates on the app are formatted incorrectly is because of your browser language. Go to settings and search for languages, and most likely the language is in English (USA). Change it to English (UK), and the dates should then be correct. If not, please contact us, and we will fix the problem.
Things not showing up when trying to see certain staffs work.
If anything is not showing up when trying to view a certain staff member's deadlines and so on, then the name inputted in staff names must be different from the name set up on the user. If they are the same and there is still a problem, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Why Am I Always Logged In
If you are always instantly logged in and would like to have to log in every time, then log out of the app at the bottom left of the screen and then deselect the authentication cookie before logging in again, and you will be able to log in every time.
Unable To Add New Items.
If you are unable to add new items on any of the pages, then this could be because of the limit of 25000 items per table. If this is the case, then we recommend spending some time deleting what you can. If that does not work or you do not have anything you can delete, then please contact us and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
