Keep track of all of the one-off fees that are coming into the firm. All of the fees will be tracked for 1 year after the invoice date and will be shown on the practice overview and allocated to the staff on fee allocation. You have the choice of leaving the one-off fees visible on the page, or they can be archived, and the fee will still be tracked. If they are deleted, then they will not be tracked.
